Pure Water Cleaning Method
Pure water and window cleaning are the natural progression of the next major milestone in Window cleaning. The R/O DI systems are the future for window cleaning for buildings 4 to 5 stories and under. Water Fed Pole Systems work because they use the equivalent of water. That is: Water without any mineral content, or demineralized water, so that when pure water dries it leaves the windows perfectly clean. In addition, pure water does not exist naturally and will always absorb atmospheric elements as it returns to its natural state. When applied to the window, pure water automatically absorbs the dirt.
Gutter Cleaning and Whitening
Do you have unsightly black lines and residue on your gutters? Tiger stripes, as they are called, are roofing material that has washed off the shingles and has adhered itself to your gutters making them look dirty. Altadonna's Cleaning Service can help you clean your gutters by breaking the electrostatic bond that bonds the runoff to your gutters and remove it safely to restore the new look of your gutters. We also clean leaves and debris out of your gutters and check all of the down spouts.
Carpet Cleaning
Even frequent vacuuming will not remove all dirt from your carpets. Fine dust and dirt settles in the carpet, making the carpet look dirty and if not removed regularly, even destroys the carpet over time. We use a 3 step method to clean carpets. First we apply a pre-treat solution to loosen the dirt, then we use a high quality shampoo to clean the carpet. As a third step we can use a fiber rinse to remove even more dirt and any leftover shampoo to ensure that your carpet looks and feels as clean as possible. All of our chemicals are safe for kids and animals.
Office Cleaning - Janitorial
Altadonna's Cleaning Service maintains and services over 20 local accounts. We can customize our service to fit your needs. Service frequencies can be once, twice or three times a week or even daily. We perform all add-on services like carpet maintenance, floor maintenance and window cleaning in-house and do not use sub-contractors.
Power Washing
Power washing the siding of your house looks easy enough, but it is inherently dangerous if not done correctly. Altadonna's Cleaning Service can help you remove dirt and mildew from your house using a method called "soft wash". We select the correct detergent for your application and then use this chemical to do all the work. We will only use low (soft) pressure to give the siding a good rinse to remove all of the loosened dirt. Pressure washer from home centers are usually not pressure adjustable. This can pose danger if you are working from a ladder. Recoil from a pressure gun can easily push an inexperienced operator off a ladder resulting in serious injury. High water pressure can also push water under the siding, resulting in mold and mildew under the siding.

At Altadonna's Cleaning Service we have the right equipment and knowledge to do soft- or high power washing. We are currently working on becoming a Wolman-Certified contractor to better help our customers maintain and restore their outdoor wood structures like fences and decks.
